Destiny

All my life I tried to know myself truly,
Spending years in solitude apart,
Long I labored, seeking duly
To grasp the mystery at being's heart.

Not an easy road to reach this aim,
Many hardships I had to face —
Bitter sorrows, loss, and pain
Walked with me on life's long trace.

And then I understood my calling clearly,
Leaving all the world's vain noise —
That life's true meaning, held most dearly,
Lies in knowing the Soul's own voice.

Into the spirit world, now brightly lighted,
By the sacred 'mantra', the path lies bare,
By the Soul's own fire, the mind ignited
Rushes on to know the Universe there.

You will surely come to God at last,
Once you have known the Truth, my friend —
Strive on to the summit, hold it fast,
And be happy all the way, until the end!

From the Author

Since childhood I have been drawn by the desire to uncover the mysteries of the human psyche and the deep reserves hidden within each of us. I devoured information from books, hoping to find the key to understanding myself and the world. I absorbed knowledge with a researcher's hunger — like a traveler in a boundless desert, desperately seeking a sip of life-giving water. Every page opened new horizons before me, filling me with hope that somewhere beyond the ordinary world the secret to understanding myself would be revealed.

The book The Art of Being Yourself by V. Levi had a particular influence on me. It became a challenge and an invitation to experiment with my own consciousness. I decided to try autogenic training — a method that let me feel, for the first time, that I could govern my own body and emotions, like a conductor leading an orchestra.

At eighteen I read a book on hypnosis, and it captivated me from the very first pages. Immersing myself in the study and practice of hypnosis, I explored the possibilities of influencing myself and those around me. My first steps were clumsy and imperfect, sometimes even comical, but an inner voice gave me no peace — it kept saying: 'This is your path, go further.'

With every year I sank deeper into this subject, becoming convinced that a great mystery lies hidden within every person, waiting to be solved. Back then I did not yet understand what depths of my own soul I would have to explore, nor how I would unravel that riddle.

My search led me to yoga — an ancient art that promises harmony of body and spirit. I went to the Tian Shan mountains to immerse myself in practice and silence. There, amid the meadows and fresh air, I first came into contact with the energy of Kundalini. At the time I was living in Kyrgyzstan, in the majestic Tian Shan mountains, where nature itself inspired the search for spirit.

My home stood amid blossoming meadows and fresh mountain air — an ideal place for inner work and contemplation. In that solitude I devoted myself entirely to yogic practice and the study of the occult sciences. Though my youth would not let me remain a hermit for long, that period became an important stage in my spiritual growth.

There, amid the mountains and the silence, I first encountered the concept of Kundalini energy — a mysterious force that awakens hidden abilities within a person. These discoveries strengthened my faith and gave a powerful impulse to my further development.

I have always sought a balance between science and spirituality; my guiding principle has been: 'Do not deny until you have tested.' This path was not easy. There were periods of doubt, pauses, inner crises. But each time the inner voice called me to go further — toward new peaks of consciousness.

At twenty-nine, life's circumstances forced me to pause my spiritual search. But the memory of the path already walked, and my reflections on it, never let me go. At thirty-seven I returned to practice and began my main assault on the spiritual peaks. Fifteen years of persistent work and searching brought me to a qualitatively new level of understanding.

Now I want to share my experience with those who, as I once did, seek answers to the eternal questions: what is the meaning of life? What is our purpose? Knowing oneself and the surrounding world is a natural and necessary process, built into us by nature itself.

People who live on autopilot are often spiritually poor not by their own will, but because their time of awakening has not yet come. But when that moment arrives, you will feel an irresistible urge to look within yourself and rise to new peaks of consciousness.

We are all children of the great Cosmos, which leads us along the path of evolution toward the Absolute. The Universe is a single living organism, in which everything is subject to the law of eternal development. And this law sounds in unison with our inner voice, calling us toward the Light.
